Table-top Exhibit Package | $1,850
- 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and space for a small display and/or a maximum of two (2) banner stands
- Company name, logo, website URL, and link to online company description on conference webpage
- Two (2) exhibit staff passes* (additional exhibit staff passes may be purchased for $400 each)
- Access to the pre-conference registration list in advance of the event (includes name, title, and company)
*Exhibit staff passes grant access to a continental breakfast and Receptions on Tuesday & Wednesday. Access to conference sessions is not included.

Place your customized full page or postcard insert in all attendee tote bags.
Sponsor to provide inserts.
If a bag sponsor is not secured, sponsor materials will not be placed in tote bags and will instead be distributed near registration. Sponsor will be notified if this occurs prior to the event.
Physical items (beyond a paper ad or postcard) are considered premium and may incur additional fees.

Thought Leadership
Sponsored Education Session | $8,000

Position your company as an industry thought leader with a premium, 60-minute Sponsored Education Session! Scheduled to run concurrently with conference programming in an exclusive breakout room, this session is designed to foster meaningful engagement and deliver impactful messaging.
Benefits include:

The presentation content and materials must be educational in nature and approved by HCCA/SCCE in advance. This Sponsorship opportunity is limited to two (2) SCCE Higher Education Agenda and (2) HCCA Research Agenda content. Educational content will be reviewed for CEU eligibility and is due for review by May 1st, 2025.

Welcome Reception | $7,000
The Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening is the perfect setting for attendees to reconnect with familiar faces, forge new connections, and explore exhibitor offerings in a relaxed and fun environment. This sponsorship includes company name and logo recognition on exclusive signage in the reception area and on cocktail napkins distributed during the reception. In addition, you will have the option to provide a branded promotional giveaway.
Lunch | $5,000
Sponsor a delicious lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday and see your company logo displayed on signage near the food stations in the lunch area. In addition, you can provide a piece of marketing material for a "seat drop" at all of the lunch tables.
Breakfast | $3,000
Rise and shine! This sponsorship includes your company logo on signage near the food stations during breakfast on Tuesday & Wednesday.
Networking Break | $3,000
Provide a special snack for attendees during break on Wendesday! This sponsorship includes your company logo displayed on signage near the food stations during the breaks.

Feature your company logo on the official event lanyards distributed at registration and worn by attendees throughout the entire event.
Sponsor to provide logo and SCCE & HCCA to purchase lanyards. Sponsored lanyards are given to attendees only. Vendors and exhibitors receive a separate lanyard.
Conference Tote Bags | $7,000
Feature your company on the official SCCE & HCCA co-branded conference tote bags! Your logo and website will be placed on the bags and distributed to all conference attendees at registration. This sponsorship also includes the option to provide a full-page or postcard insert where you can share a personalized message inviting attendees to drop by and explore your booth.
